ConvFixUse provides online file conversion tools, primarily PDF conversion to/from various formats including but not limited to DOCX, XLSX, PPT, JPG, PNG, and compression or merging capabilities. We strive to deliver fast and secure processing; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free from harmful components.

3. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, convert, or distribute any content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or is defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent. ConvFixUse reserves the right to refuse, delete, or block any file or user activity that violates these Terms. You are solely responsible for the files you submit and for obtaining any necessary consents.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used on the Service are the property of ConvFixUse or its licensors. We do not claim ownership over the files you upload. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store temporarily, and transmit your files solely for the purpose of delivering the conversion service. Files are automatically deleted after conversion unless otherwise stated.

Your privacy is essential. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using ConvFixUse, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. We implement reasonable security measures; however, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvFixUse and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Service during the six months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue.
